10. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Where you are a consumer purchasing products online, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the distance contract within the applicable legal withdrawal period, without having to give a reason.

The applicable withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

Where you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within the applicable withdrawal period.

After notifying us, the products should be returned within the applicable legal timeframe.

Products should be returned safely and with reasonable care.

You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the products beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

11. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is defective, faulty, damaged on arrival or does not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Consumers have statutory rights in relation to products that do not conform to the applicable legal requirements.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

These statutory rights are separate from any voluntary manufacturer’s warranty or additional warranty offered by us.
