Terms & Conditions For Equipment Rental

Payment & Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit is charged at checkout and returned after the equipment is inspected and approved.

Responsibility

The renter is fully responsible for the provided equipment during the rental period and agrees to return it in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

Damage or Loss

Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment will be charged at the cost of repair or full replacement value.

This will be determined by Cameracyprus.

Rental Period & Late Returns

Equipment must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns are charged at the standard daily rental rate. Continued delay may result in additional charges.

Non-Return

Failure to return the equipment will result in full replacement cost being charged.

Non-return may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Use of Equipment

All equipment is intended for use within Cyprus unless otherwise agreed. The renter is responsible at all times during the rental period.

Inspection & Condition

All equipment will be provided in good working condition.

Any existing damage or missing items must be reported before use.

Otherwise – is considered accepted in full working condition.

Payment Authorization

The renter authorizes Cameracyprus to charge their payment method for any unpaid rental fees, damages, loss, late fees, or replacement costs if necessary.
